Formation of the GDPR legislation
GDPR training for all employees and collaborators is a legal obligation!
Article 32 of the European Privacy Regulation (GDPR) defines privacy training as a mandatory Security Measure for all companies and public administrationsthat intend to have personal data processed by their staff.
The European Privacy Regulation (GDPR)and the D.lgs. 196-2003 (as amended by D.lgs. 101-2018) provide that each Data Controller and each Data Processor plan periodic Privacy Courses for all employees and collaborators authorized to process personal data.
The privacy training plan must include specific and diversified programs for:
- GDPR
- Privacy Manager
- System administrator
- Privacy Officer
- Privacy in social media and new communication models
- In the sights of Privacy, the use of IT systems
- Computer fraud, knowing it to defend yourself
