The ideal candidate has a degree in Communication Sciences, possessing excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, proactivity and aptitude for problem solving. Accuracy, reliability and the ability to work in a team complete the profile. Reporting to the Management, the person will have the following responsibilities:
- support in marketing and communication activities;
- create editorial content for social media and company newsletters;
- analyzes market and competition data;
- contributes to identifying market needs / opportunities;
- develops and launches new products;
- draws up and keeps up-to-date the various product technical manuals and takes care of their packaging;
- instructs and trains internal and external staff on the characteristics of the products / services;
- supports business partners in determining the content to be included in customer training programs;
- supports the sales force with specific communication material.
